I was raised in Florida and attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. I moved to Los Angeles in 2001, fell in love with the beauty of Southern California, and am proud to call this city my home. For the past 5 years, I have served my community through various community organizations, including as elected Vice President of the Hollywood Studio District Neighborhood Council, to give voice to residents who are neglected by those in power. As your representative in the U.S. Congress, my priority will be to fix the real problems that matter to our district and to our country.
When my father emigrated from Latin America, he came to the United States to build his American Dream. I am running for Congress as an Independent candidate to restore that American Dream and I look forward to serving you in the U.S. House of Representatives.
California's 28th Congressional District is in the heart of Los Angeles County. It is diverse in both its population and geography, stretching from Hollywood to the beautiful Angeles National Forest. It includes parts of the City of Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and the Crescenta Valley communities.
CA-28 is a gem of not only California, but also the nation. It deserves true leadership and a representative who cares about the entire district.
Watch my interview with Brian Kilmeade where I discuss the overwhelming homeless crisis and neglect from which our district suffers.
